Things I love at the moment are…
black and red colour combinations - can’t get enough, not sure why, add in a bit of blue too, I’m disgusted in myself!
my new laptop - it’s gorgeous and functional and easy to use <33 and will never totally be mine, but that’s another story…
Insurance companies that decide to co-operate in the end - yesum, we love them.
having a desk to work at - it makes my life THAT much easier, i swear you wouldn’t believe it
Stationery orders - because I get pens and stuff and i love that shit!
hnorable mentions go to, my pup, using a mouse, learning how to fill cupcakes (!), the bbq we will soon be having, preparing for halloween, halloween, the view out my window, inspiring stuff, my freshly opened lush soap and massage chairs that assault you.

so this happened last week, but I downloaded the pics today and I thought it was tooo great not to upload.
We needed a pallet to send some parts back to Sydney. We went for a walk to a friends house and well, we found one!
Later that night, we went back with the car and collected. These people had 3 sitting on their front yard so I imagine they didn’t need them. :) That’s what I’m telling myself anyway….

I can’t concentrate on anything today and I’m not quite sure why…
I had a reasonable amount of sleep, more then usual even, I have eaten well, I’m drinking plenty and I have my gorgeous new mac to work on.
I’ve done little things but nothing that strikes me as overly constructive.
Maybe I’m just having one of those days………………….
In other news my house is basically rebuilt. Only a few minor little thingy’s to go.

Had a great weekend!
Friday night I cooked nummy pizza and we stayed home and chilled out. Saturday night we just caught up on boring home stuff and Saturday night went to have some drinks with friends who have just moved into their new apartment. Gorgeous views of surfers/broady and a obscured view of the indy fireworks.
Sunday we went and started our wet n wild annual passes - hooray! and visited Steve’s mum. I also cooked dinner for my mum which brings me to my next point.
I made a yum yum dessert.
It’s a choc-mint cheesecake and sooo easy to make. You just get a 250gram philly cheese (I used light) 1/4 cup of cream (again, light), 1/3 cup of sugar, 60 grams of chocolate and 1/2 a teaspoon of peppermint essence.
Beat all of the above except the chocolate just until it’s all mixed together and lovely. melt the chocolate and then fold it through the mixture so it looks all ’swirly’ then put in the fridge for an hour. Top with crumbled peppermint crisp and huuzzah! Choc-mint cheesecakes.
I wasn’t able to get peppermint essence so I used vanilla, I would strongly suggest you find the vanilla.
This only gives you a small serving but it was very rich so I think it was more than enough.
no tilt this week, mostly because I haven’t had time to take stock of what I love, but consider my post earlier in the week about being 25 the cream of the crop <33
A quiet weekend so no doubt I will update at some stage. I’m making myself an october ’soundtrack’.
I wonder if my month had only a one song sountrack what it would be?
Currently listening to Beyonce ‘if i were a boy’ but no, that’s not it! lol.

this morning I rolled over in bed to give Steve a cuddle. In the process I woke bacardi up. This combined with his non-stop jealousy made cardi very angryyy! Rawr!! so he walked onto my pillow and bit my scalp! lol not a hard bite, just a little kitty ‘munch’ nudge. lol.
by the way, bacardi is my kitty.
I’ve decided to temporarily go back to the old blog theme.
The new one, although pretty, put all my pictures out of perspective and didn’t like some changes I made.
I’m sure I’ll get something prettier eventually :) But for now, be satisfied 
I don’t know if you can tell from the pics but it was a ‘double’! Inbetween the ’storms’ we were supposed to get, that I spend all my time moving the rubbish outa the garage so the cars could fit. Ha! Nature is wonderful.
